Is my shop’s data safe?
Your shop’s data is kept completely separate from every other shop on NanoBooks — its own account, its own walls. Nobody else can see your customers or what they owe you.
I don’t have a GST number — can I still use it?
Yes. Leave GST switched off in Settings and your invoices come out plain — perfectly valid. Turn it on the day you register; nothing breaks.
I’m not a “computer person.” Will I be able to use this?
Most shop owners we’ve onboarded weren’t either. If you can use WhatsApp, you can make an invoice in NanoBooks — it’s built to be that simple.
Can I add my staff so they can bill too?
Yes — add staff accounts under Settings so more than one person can create invoices, with their own login.
